British Values

Schools are required to show that Spiritual, Social, Moral and Cultural teachings include the presence of British values such as tolerance, understanding of others, democracy, respect and acceptance of the rule of law and individual liberty.

Here at St James' C of E Infant and Nursery School we ensure that our curriculum is  appropriately broad and balanced to help prepare our young people for life in modern Britain by actively promoting fundamental British values.
